“My son and I stopped for dinner after his high school baseball game was called due to weather. We were instructed to go up the ramp to be seated. A young man took us to a table where four other tables were occupied, and gave us our menus. He said that someone would be with us shortly. A waitress brought drinks to the table directly behind me, and a waiter closed out a table, and checked on another. After several minutes, the same waitress brought food to the table directly behind me, and the waiter cleared off one of the tables. At no time were we approached for a drink order or anything else. After 15 minutes of waiting we left the building. On our way out, the man working the checkout asked my son, who was in full baseball uniform, who he played. Personally, I think I would have noticed that the kid in the uniform was only here for a few minutes and that we left without paying for anything. As a businessperson, I would have asked if there was a reason we were leaving. Nine of that happened. I will say that my previous experiences have been positive, and that the food is good. I was disappointed with the service on this day.”
