“The food was fine (the vegetables we're definitely frozen, so they were mushy and didn't have much flavor) though the salad bar was good and had a nice variety. The waitress asked if we wanted water refills which we found odd, and then mixed up the glasses when she took them to refill them. She also messed up the order (though to little consequence), but then also messed up the bill. Thankfully the manager fixed it. Overall, the service and the food were lacking, so we will not be returning.”

“Definitely a hidden gem ! We stumbled on this place for breakfast while driving by . Small plain exterior but very nice and clean diner on the inside . Meals were prepared by an actual chef who I’m sure is the owner who also came out to greet us . Very friendly wait staff , awesome food with a fairly large menu. Amazing breakfast specials crab cake eggs benedict and stuffed French toast . I will be back !”

“We've visited The Lake House for quite a few times. Food is great, staff friendly. The bar has a beautiful bar top with lake views! The reason for 4 stars is because the dining room isn't always open. With a big family with children, we either have to sit outside or in the bar. The bar has a limited number of tables and quite a few high top tables. With a big family with smaller children seating is always easy. The bar can be loud and crowded even during the day. We solve this issue and order take out. Food is hot and ready upon pick up and the order is organized with no mistakes.”

“First time here, their prime rib is amazing!! My husband had their pork chop special with a cherry glaze sauce, I have never had a tender pork chop before until I ate here. It is a cozy little restaurant with the bar in a separate room. Highly recommend getting there early because they fill up fast on Saturday nights. Will come back again!”

“We have visited The Cove on a couple of occasions. A very friendly, warm and cozy atmosphere. Great views from the dining area and tasteful, rustic decor. The food and service is outstanding! They have a limited menu, but what they have they do right. Seniors night specials on Mondays and a fantastic Friday night fish fry; you can't beat the price. Serve after dinner Ice cream drinks, and offer a good beer and wine selection. Love this little supper club we found completely by accident!”
