“This location is decent. ALWAYS super busy and my drinks never taste as good as they do when I go to my favorite location, but if I'm not going that direction this is my other choice. Drive thru is a little irritating when it's backed up, people usually block stalls, driveway, and sometimes the road. They do allow in store pick up so it's not too bad. It's easiest if you park on the road and walk up.”

“I've been to their other location which has GREAT food but dismal atmosphere. I thought I might give this one a try which is in a much nicer setting. We knew they closed at 2, so we got there at 1.20, hoping to have plenty of time to order and eat. It was incredibly busy and there did not seem to be enough servers to cover all the tables. We were seated right away, but by the time someone took our order, it was 1.45. When we placed our order, we were told they did not have enough time to make our food. I told the server, we've been waiting to place our order for over 20 minutes. She was apologetic and went and got the manager, who told us the same thing, less apologetically. When we told her we'd been waiting over 20 minutes to place our order she rolled her eyes. At that point, we got up and left. I know the food is good, I'll give them another chance. It was not the server's fault, I watched her work every table before she got to us. The manager could have been kinder and they should have been willing to accommodate us.”

“Panera Bread rep is built on good fresh food and good service. I have visited this particular PB many times and find it is very consistent on how fresh the food is plus quick service. A great stop any time of the day for food and a great stop in the AM for their bake goods. A great price on their wonderful Holiday bread during the Christmas season!”

“Edit: The more permanent staff that was hired are doing a much better job with the wait times now, but you can still get a rush. The food and coffee are delicious, but the time spent waiting for your food and coffee can be anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour.”
