Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Last Saturday things were a bit slow at this restaurant and we were running out of time to get to our next appointment. The waitress alerted the manager and arranged for our food to be boxed so we could take it with us. What happened next was surprising and extremely kind. The manager said the food was on the house. Wow! We were not angry or complaining. Just super kind folks. We'll definitely go back!

We love it. The food is always great. When we dine in we like to sit by the bar to avoid the over crowding, but lately we have chosen to do pick up and watch a movie in the comfort of our home. Perfect!

Average chain only with bottomless fries. I just had a burger & fries. It was good. Server was good, attentive etc. No complaints just your basic chain restaurant.

The burgers and fries are always done very well. We almost always enjoy the food at this Red Robin. However, there has definitely been a noticeably increasing trend of poor customer service. The "welcoming" staff was disinterested in welcoming. We had to ask 3 different server including our own just for utensils after our food arrived. The staff seemed more interested in gathering into their little groups to gossip than do their jobs.
