KFC

I wanted to by a gift card at the sun prairie location. They were out of them. I then went to the east Madison location and was told that they were out also, but a nice employee said they would double check. They returned with the last gift card they had, which I purchased.
On mother's day I try to get one for my mom as part of her gift. Last year I also tried to buy one at the sun prairie location and they were out then too. It's too bad.

The food is probably prepared better than most other KFC's. 2 complaints causing 2 star reduction: The store itself is pretty 'ghetto', sticky floors and ripped seat backs. The seating and sticky floors there is my reason for a 1 star reduction, I've also been there many times and they close the store very early and only serve through the drive through while I plainly see employees just messing around and the wait going through the drive through is seemingly unnecessarily long, possibly there is another reason for this but when riding a motorcycle and I can only go to the drive thru: they've lost my business to that fact on multiple occasions, reason for second star reduction.

Summary: very well prepared food but using the drive through can take forever. If they were more clean indoors with new seating and kept the store open not forcing me to a drive through only experience I would update to 5 stars. Still gets my vote as the best prepared consistently made KFC around but it's about time for a remodeling inside!

Food was fast. Good and hot. Server was generous with the sauces. Clean.
