Beef Butter BBQ

All of the positive reviews you read are spot on... Finally checked the place out and went with the brisket, jalapeno corn bread and BBQ apple beans and took it to go. Brisket is the best I've had in Madison. Jalapeno corn bread was great with good level of kick to it. I had to try the beans because of the rave reviews and I was not disappointed. Very different from a normal BBQ shop's beans but a welcome change of pace. Although I did not dine in, I did notice the establishment was very clean. You won't be let down if you love BBQ food and give this place a visit.

Just there today for the first time and it was awesome! The place was clean, the staff was courteous, helpful and happy to be there. The brisket was amazing, we got half lean and half fatty, the fat just melts away. Apple pie baked beans are something special, they literally have apple pie filling in them. The jalapeno cornbread was excellent, lots of flavor from the peppers. We tried sweet, medium and hot sauce with the brisket and they're all on point. I will definitely be back there for more.

I stopped in to Beef Butter's Sherman Ave. location for the first time tonight and was genuinely impressed with the quality of their food. I tried the brisket meal with beans and mac n' cheese as sides. Everything was great but the brisket itself and the beans were truly amazing. The meat was so tender and flavorful, it just melts in your mouth. The baked beans are actually a mixure of beans, brisket and apples, all baked together in a wonderful combination of sweet and savory. I really enjoyed this meal, and would certainly recommend this spot to anyone looking for fast, high quality comfort food.

First time eating here and I have to say it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. They make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. The food is super good and well worth the money. Highly recommend everyone try this place out.

I've eaten a lot, I mean a lot, of BBQ brisket and this might be the best I've had ever! High quality meat, well smoked and tender and juicy. BBQ apple beans are amazing. Nice clean dining room and the nicest staff! Beef Butter BBQ: "that's not fat, that's beef butter!"
