Had a very nice dinner here the other evening - 2 pc each battered cod & chicken tenders with fries. I specified that I wanted tenders so don't know what is normally served. Also, you MAY be able to specify choice of fish, but not sure. If so, I'd try the catfish. My companion had the catfish nuggets & he was pleased with his dinner as well. The fries were hot but nothing special. I would suggest they create a "Signature" seasoning of mild African spices & "brand" their fries as "Signature Fries". One could also order them without the special seasoning, of course. Very nice & friendly staff. The hot sauce that came with our dinners is definitely hot - too spicy hot for me but my friend loved it. No tartar sauce was served with my fish & should have been - or at least offered. I didn't think to ask for it until I was on my 2nd piece of fish. I also believe breakfast is served during all open hours as another customer said she had the pancakes & loved them. Except for the unsalted (which is fine) unseasoned fries, it was great food!!! Nice quiet atmosphere & we will definitely return.

Excellent service and wonderful homemade food! My kudos to the staff for being so kind to my mom and me. This place is a most excellent new Madison restaurant. It's a unique must try place. I cannot say enough good things about this place! We had a great time here and will be back in the future.
