Bonefish Grill

We arrived in Madison late on a Sunday night & were looking to have a meal before heading to the hotel. Upon learning the kitchen was closing within 30 minutes of our arrival at Bonefish, we inquired if we could still order- even an appetizer as we were hangry! We were offered a full menu to browse while we sipped a delicious drink from the bar. Our waitress was patient, answered questions, and even checked in with the kitchen to check on the daily special availability. The owner, Robert, emerged from the kitchen with our waitress and offered up the last portions of the special to us- soft shell crab. The food amazing, the service spectacular & the rest rooms clean! Robert was fabulous- he didn't rush us out, encouraging us to relax and enjoy our dinner. He carried on great conversation, was personable and checked in with us frequently during our dining experience. As small business owners we know it pays off to work hard, be passionate and have superb customer service- so do Robert & his staff. Well done Robert & team- we enjoyed a fabulous evening at your restaurant!

Atmosphere and food was great! Our server, Abby M at the West Towne location, made the night even more enjoyable. 100% loved the bang bang shrimp and imperial cod as well!

It was Mother's day. Very crowded but the service was wonderful.. The food was excellent. Had tuna steak and green beans. The tuna was very flakey and taste was second to none. Wonderful.

For my birthday, my lovely wife took me to the Bonefish Grill in Madison. We had never been here before, and let me tell you, it is a real nice place. Service was superb, and our waiter (Ian) was excellent at his job. He had a great demeanor and was very cordial. The food is top of the line, as their fish and seafood selections ( shrimp, scallops,calamari,etc) is brought in fresh every day. Quite a variety of entrees to choose from. Needless to say I had a wonderful birthday dinner. We enjoyed this place and will return in the future. Strongly recommend trying this place if you like seafood (they also have steaks and other items). It is also not that expensive, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Please note the picture posted with this review that shows my wife’s cocktail. The glass is actually slanted, which we’ve never experienced before(almost an optical illusion) and was quite unique.
