delecTable is AMAZING. The idea is innovative and fresh and the experience was wonderful. Located in the back of Vom-Fass, there is ample parking (though if you're here for dinner + wine pairing, I might hang up the keys and find an alternative mode of transportation). Be prepared to socialize and chat if you're going as a pair, since you'll be seated with another couple.

We went during the Early Spring Harvest dinner (spring harvest salad, morel risotto, halibut, New York strip, blackberry granita/sorbet).

It was a wonderful experience and I would say that the wine pairing with each course is more than generous (we couldn't keep up!). I loved hearing the story and inspiration behind each dish, which allowed me to appreciate and enjoy the flavors better. I know that each dinner theatre is different and it is a rotation of chefs, so I am intentionally keeping this review vague since chances are, you won't be having the same thing I had. There was an intermission in between for you to get up, stretch your legs and go to the main store to purchase items and continue with tastings, which I appreciated.

The bonus is everything is paid up front (the price includes tax and tip) so you can sit back and relax and at the end of your meal, get up and leave without having to do the dance. Be prepared to spend a whole evening here. I would definitely recommend swinging by if you're in the Madison area to try this out!

The name speaks for itself. Delectable. That it is! My husband and I enjoyed a Winemakers Dinner, presented with the highest of standards throughout the 5-course meal with wine pairings. An exceptional experience! Highly recommend.

I had a splendid time at the culinary dinner theater, it was St. Patty's Day themed, and every course tasted great and had a different drink to pair with each course.I loved the intermission which gave us a chance to sample and shop our way through the store as well. Perfect date night plus the staff treats you like royalty!!!

This has been my second culinary experience with DelecTable, both have been delightful! I sat at the chef's table each time and was wowed by the efficiency, the attention to detail, and above all the quality and presentation of the food! I would definitely encourage you to attend one of their events. The interactions with the chefs was fantastic. Great fun.

Most amazing dinning experience I’ve ever had. Really fun and informational on what you’re going to eat. I’m a vegetarian and they catered to my needs. I also went on my birthday which I shared with three others and they made us feel special for sprnding our birthday with them. The owner was amazing and was attentive to the all the guests. The new executive chef is really creative while maintaining the traditional aspects of the meals that were served.
