Pancheros Mexican Grill

Waaay better than Qdoba's or Chipotle. They mix the fillings for your burrito after you pick what you want so that way you don't just bite one condiment at a time. They fresh press balls of dough for their tortillas, which means they seal together when they are rolled up if you get a burrito. Best fast-paced Tex-Mex you can get really. Plus their steak and their queso are amazing. I no longer live near Madison, but every time I visit home, I stop at a Panchero's.

Normally I have no problem with this location, but last night's trip was disappointing. The young lady who made my burrito had long hair that wasn't pulled back, making me nervous to eat my food, and when my burrito ripped and she offered to double wrap it, she didn't cook the second tortilla long enough, and it ended up stuck to the wrapper. I'm assuming she was either new or was having a rough night, but her coworker gave her no assistance and seemed to not even want to be in the same room.

Amazing burrito place, they make their own tortillas which are perfect. All the ingredients are fresh, you can watch them make the chicken on the spot at times. Queso and guac are extra, but so worth it. Great price for a darn good burrito.

Grabbed a lunch to go for my girl to treat her special yesterday. Normally we eat there. Gotta say that food was great as a take away. Packaged and kept hot until she had time to eat at work. Will make this a regular lunch place

Great burritos and pleasant staff! My food was tasty and hot. Greeted with a smile and a good attitude when making my burrito. I also love the house hot sauces. The tofusada is also amazing for the non-meat eaters. Fair prices for the quality and amount of food.
