Graft is an upscale, classy restaurant with food and drinks to match. Their tender, juicy, excellent short rib is as good a piece of meat as any high-priced steak at other restaurants. Yesterday was Taco Tuesday and the pork tacos were excellent. You can't go wrong with anything here. And they have the most professional, friendly, and happy staff of any restaurant! Finally got around to dining at graft and I was not disappointed. Cocktails were creative and delicious. Service was on point from start to finish. Food was very good, the whitefish salad and braised beef dishes were the standouts. The quail and Thai meatballs were good too. Highly recommend

I highly recommend dinner at Graft! Super delicious all around. The carrot salad was spot on. You especially have to try the smashed potatoes. They are a real treat!. The Pork Loin and Short Rib were both very savory and flavorful. You have to get the Pot de creme for dessert. Everything was wonderful from the first bite of the carrot salad to the last bite of dessert. All the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service as well.

Stopped into Graft on a Friday evening about 5pm for an early dinner and drink and was not disappointed. Cozy atmosphere at the bar with a nice view of the capital building. Staff was informative and friendly. We shared a couple of small plates and they were all delish. Especially liked the broken Caesar salad dressing on asparagus - yum.

This place made the most delicious bite I've ever put in my mouth, in my 60+ years. Grilled asparagus in a deconstructed Caesar salad. Incredible!! But, really, everything we had was perfect.
