Pots n Tots

Unbelievably tasty when it's done well, but as other reviews have noted it can sometimes be a gamble. 50/50 there's someone even working the store during most lunch hours, and the hand-made nature of the food makes the process a cludge if there's more than a couple of people in line. If there was more help and more reliable service, this would hands down be one of the best food options not just in the food court but on the west side.

Tried the cinnamon tater tots and they were actually amazing!!! I didn’t even wanna try them at first (I though they were gonna be too weird for me) but this place is exactly why you try new things!!!

Very friendly, fast customer service! Made the experience enjoyable and the food was delicious! Juicy meat, fresh veggies and perfectly toasted bread! Tater tots were surprisingly not greasy like you would think and to top it off, it was very affordable!

Fantastic food but the owner needs to either hire a front register person or teach someone to cook. I feel like he is missing a ton of business from people who move on while he is in back cooking. If you can wait for your food this place is amazing!

I had never heard of this food joint before I ordered from them a few months ago. I have lots of dietary restrictions and the guy working was super helpful to me and guided me through what each option was like. Some of them were sweet like dessert, some of them were very filling sounding, and some sounded more snack like. He was very good at explaining based on what I can and cannot eat which things were automatically not options. And which things were maybes and so on. I was very impressed with the amount of time that he took to explain everything to me with no guarantee that I was even going to buy anything! Although I did end up making a purchase. I got a smaller snack type option as well as a dessert option. I was rather impressed by the dessert option simply because I don't picture tater tots as a dessert ingredient. Boy was I wrong!
