“The Wollersheim Winery is beautiful and has a surprising amount of history within its walls. The tour is 30-45 minutes long and you do tastings along the way, three in total. You get to keep the glasses afterwards as well. There is quite a bit of history throughout the winery and the buildings are beautifully built as well as restored where appropriate. The gift shop is very impressive, and you can buy whatever wines you desire at their gift shop. I'd be happy to visit again with friends.”

“Every now & then you just want a nice big "hunk-o-meat" at a nice restaurant with linen napkins & are willing to wait a long time & pay a lot for it. That is Green Acres. Went with other couples, everyone had great meals; all steaks done just perfectly including "medium well". Waitress was excellent & attentive. Only down part: salad bar kind of plain & minimal. Highly recommended”

“We were used to the warm, eclectically friendly, vintage Roxbury, so were disappointed to find plastic banquet tables replaced almost all the wooden ones. Bluegill was tasty. Slaw had too much dressing. For the price, was disappointed that they didn't have real plates. Only given forks. No receipts either. Staff seemed friendly, though. They are under new ownership, so will try back in about 3-6 months.”
