Chang Jiang

I don’t write positive reviews enough. I have a severe peanut allergy and a lot of Chinese/ Asian foods have nuts or can’t promise they don’t cross contaminate. I had an accidental exposure several years ago at another Chang Jiang restaurant in Madison. That said, I LOVE CHINESE FOOD!! I crave, specifically, this style of quick takeout Chinese. I finally got brave enough to try this place and after calling to confirm no peanuts first, picked up my order 10 minutes later (if that, but it’s a Tues.) The place clean, food was fresh and exactly what I’ve been craving. Best of all, I’m fine and so grateful to have found my new quick-Chinese go-to!

Genuine Chinese place, wonderful wonton soup priced cheap, good food.

I live in the city and I go all the way to this restaurant in Verona! Food is great here! Keep up the good work!

I love this place. Yeah, it's "standard" fast Chinese, but everything is made to order, fresh and flavorful. No gourmet pretense; just good food. Much better than almost any other such Chinese place I've been to--and the owners (and their son) are always super friendly. And while it's not *super* cheap, the prices are on par with other similar restaurants in the area--and the food is better here than there.
