Peninsula Pub

Unfortunately, our latest pass through the Pub was disappointing. Perhaps the wait staff was having a bad day, but we were met with impatience and overall lack of friendliness. It seemed that the paying customers were a nuisance, rather than valued guests. We were also disappointed to learn that the pub closes earlier than the Birch Creek shows let out (or after the dinner hours are over, for that matter) - seems like such a missed opportunity to serve hungry customers. The place was pretty empty for a weekend afternoon, and we couldn't help but wonder if it was a result of a decline in customer service. In any case, the food we had was pretty good, as were the drinks. All in all, it will likely fall down our list of places to go when we're in town, though not completely out of the question.

What a great fish fry! Friendly folks, good service and great food. Exactly the type of place you want to go on a vacation. Must-visit.

For sure the best Bar restaurant in northern Door County. Top notch food and great drinks at a reasonable price, everyone is very friendly and professional. Its worth the drive!

Really great perch tonight! Service was attentive and the beer cold. Highly recommend it
