Pine Cone Restaurant

Very good food one of our favorite places sometime you have to wait for a table but its worth the wait. The bakery here is amazing we love the huge chocolate eclairs. Service a awesome to and very good prices.

Awesome place. Make sure you come hungry, because the portions are huge! Got a 24 oz steak for $16.00. Nice homey feel, & the staff is great. Definitely worth the stop.

Great food! My family and I went for dinner tonight and the food was really good. I had the double bacon cheeseburger and fries, wife had a sirloin and kids shared a cheeseburger and fries plate. My wife chose to have pulled pork and veggie soup for her side which also came with a huge dinner roll. One downside, kind of gross, was in a bakery item i purchased after the meal. I found an 8 inch blond hair, with root, in the pudding filled puff dessert. It's 3.75 going in the garbage. Next time I'm skipping the bakery. A picture of the soup is attached. It had some tasty broth. Yumm.

Damn I love this place! Is it fancy? No. Is it comfy? Yes. Is it an amazing value? Absolutely! Sure, it's a restaurant in a truck stop off the interstate. But there's a reason it's been here for 1,000 years. The Pine Cone serves good food at reasonable prices with friendly service. Can you beat a 24oz T-bone dinner for 17 bucks?! Oh and they have an amazing bakery too!! Stop in and have a breakfast, burger or dinner, you'll be back! Unless, of course, you're just driving from one end of 94 to the other. In which case you'll at least have had a satisfying meal! Oh and watch out for the cops on I94 and 26 around here. It's a speed trap as old as the Pine Cone! :)

The service was fast and friendly. The food is good and reasonably priced. The bakery is awesome! So if you have a sweet tooth. You will love this place.
