“I had an early dinner here yesterday and had the Elote Nachos, BEST appetizer I have had yet. The server we had was so friendly and shared her advice and customer favorites. (We even had a little laugh about me working there, miscommunication). My pizza I had was delicious. I loved that they had a $20 tip all staff on the menu. It was well deserved last night. Adults can find delicious drinks at the bar… the duck claw machine is a fan favorite for all ages (oh wait, there’s two of them!!) Pat does a good job of rotating games, especially considering he hasn’t even been open for a year- he already has some food options up! He has the best happy :) hour in town and he has a few happy days (Money Monday & Weiner Wednesday)! This bar is certainly different than other Lake Mills bars- and that is a compliment!”

“Great place that has been serving burgers for close to 100 years. Deep fried in lard these sliders (0.2lbs each) go down easy. I would get 2-3 of these depending on hunger. They come "with" or "without" (fried onions) and also have the optional slice of cheese.”

“We went for a walk actually on the bike trail because my husband's bike was in to be repaired. We decided to stop at Jones Market for lunch. I love going in there because it is just so cool! The memorabilia is fun to look at and today they had pumpkin carving contest to vote on! They were really fun! Our lunch was great and the people are so fun and friendly! Highly recommended!”

“Okay, so I've been meaning to do a review on this place. So my fiance, his mom, and I went to SamiJo's Pizzeria I wanna say in Oct. So yeah I am late on this review. Anyways, we've been wanting to try this place out. And we were happy that we did! I believe it's fairly new. It was new for us. The pictures I will be posting are from 3 different times we were there. It was so good we actually went back like 3 times in one week. And the owners and staff were so welcoming and greeted us when we walked in. The ordering is different from other places I've been to. You pick where you want to sit. Menus are on the tables. And when you're ready you go to the register and order. Which is so different! It's pretty cool they do that. And one is when my daughter came to visit us. She and her boyfriend moved back in August. They now live in St Paul, MN. So we took her there and she couldn't get over how good the pizza was! She can eat a lot and not gain weight. My daughter and fiance ate that pizza like there was no tomorrow. She said it's better than Gus Pizza which is saying something. I was like you just didn't say that lol. She did. It's cool how now they know us when we go and eat there. And the gentleman always asks how my daughter is doing. The reason their pizza is so good it's because of the crust. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We overheard a girl saying that her boyfriend is from New York. And misses the pizzas there. They went there before and he said that the pizza is close to how they make them in New York. I highly recommend going there and try their pizzas and other foods on the menu. We say we're going to try something else. But the pizza is so good. So like 3 years ago I had COVID when it was going around. I still don't have my scent of restaurant food in general and anything else. So I can't tell you if it smells good or not. My daughter and fiance said that it smells great. Be safe everyone! “I had the opportunity to dine here a few weekends ago and was absolute delighted with our visit. Great service was honest, attentive, and very present. I have to give the food 4 or of 5 only because I thought the appetizers lacked a little bit, the clear soup and crab rangoon needed a little extra something. However, the main course was absolutely mind blowing. Those ramen eggs are to die for! Overall, the entire experience was very pleasant. I intend on returning to try something else off their menu. “We were excited about the seating area and enjoyed the blue painted wall, suits the area well. Table Top Checkers on 2 tables and 2 sets of Corn Hole! Plenty of seats! Re-purposed barrel tables with taller seats and umbrellas and picnic tables. All adorned with plenty of napkins. Trust me you will need them. Everything was juicy and tasted good. Ribeye steak - not shaved or thin sliced meat, it is an actual thin steak. Not what I expected but it was good. Grilled Chicken didn’t taste seasoned but it was juicy! Smaller than expected bun but with the fries it was enough. Not sure if the fries are a large order or if our order was taken wrong but we had 2 baskets of fries. Not a big deal. We only hope this outdoor area can grow and be hold a lot more ambiance and character. The back seated area is nicely shaded late in afternoon hours. Staff we dealt with wad smiling and eager to assist. We will return. I did hear the other gal mention to a customer that they did not serve ice cream cones. I thought I also heard that they didn’t have shakes, unless it was that they only had shakes. You will have to ask.”
