“The line wasn't very long. There were two others ahead of me and it moved rather quickly. The best surprise was that the young lady taking my order asked if she could shake my hand. I said sure and she said thank you very much for your service. I just smiled and said sure and thank you. I was wearing a Navy ball cap at the time. This one action by her makes me want to frequent this particular McDonald's whenever I am in Paddock Lake, WI or close by. I spent 10 years in the military and it's nice to be recognized. “We stopped in for a bite to eat and the place was busy on a Friday night but the bartender /waitress Kara was outstanding! Very attentive, friendly and courteous to all the customers. She even had a family in the side room to attend to and she checked on everyone continually and didn't miss a beat. .... what a awesome multi-tasker! She is amazing and keeps us coming back. The ambience here is great. Over the years they converted this from the old Open Pantry into a great place to take family and your dates alike. With 3 major renovations that took place they’ve done a great job establishing this as one of the premiere places in Kenosha that I think of when looking for a bite to eat. My recent experience involves originally getting an order to go and changing my mind and getting a bite to eat. They graciously accommodated me and sat me immediately. Speaking of seating, do come here during the summer months and enjoy their outdoor patio seating. Their hospitality is outstanding. The bartender / waitress takes the time to great people as they come in and make sure that people are comfortable while waiting for the rest of their party to arrive. 5 stars. Highly recommended.”
