“We decided to try a new place for lunch. The clan chowder was amazing! I had a bowl and it was very large. Soups are homemade and I lucked out being there when this was available. It is one of my favorites. I also had a Caesar salad which was delicious. My Mom had a chicken sandwich. I'll have to look up the exact name of the menu items and edit this. Our waitress was Clara. She was very friendly, right on the ball and seemed happy with her job. I would certainly give it a try!”

“The food is great. Bartenders and cook are awesome. They are gregarious, and very polite and attending. Good place to watch the Packers games, and other sports. There's a valuable court in the rear, and a dining area in between. Even the customers are pleasant to be around. Very friendly. And funny. This is definitely a fun place to be.”

“This is a familiar small town, small family, small business place here in Manitowoc. Attached to a small grocery store, you might stop in for lunch or dinner and then pick up some fresh vegetables next door! They accept cards and currently require at least a $5 total purchase . Mexican candy, spices, herbs, meats, snacks and drinks of all kind (alcohol is beer only at the store). The store also offers hygiene products, dish soap, laundry detergent, and many other daily necessities. There are even some kitchen supplies to be found. Most anytime I have visited there are both Spanish and English speaking people working there and able to help you. Stop by with the family sometime to check it out when you are able to visit both the restaurant and the store. It's a treat and you are supporting small business and the city!”

“The pizza is delicious!!.. Crust and toppings are awesome. Expensive but coupons help a little. Service could def use some work. They could be more attentive and pleasant. It is fairly close to me so i will continue to order. Cheesy bread isn't very cheesy....it's more like a dry parmesan bread. They have the curly crunchy pepperoni which is called "old world pepperoni" which I LOVE. They're website is just awesome. Ordering online is easy and cool because you can add a movie to your cart.”

“A chocolate and ice cream parlor. For buying chocolate I give it a ten with super decadent creations everywhere. For ice cream I give it a 6 I would like to see more selection for sure. But they had space constraints. The icecream is made on site from scratch and tasted very good. The store is also very cramped when entering and leaving.”

“I love pad Thai and ordered it here. To me, it didn’t taste right. It was a bit too salty for my tastes. The place is well maintained. Staff greeted me when I came in. Staff is friendly. Inside does not have too much for seating. I spent about $10 on just my own meal. Overall, if the food had tasted better my rating would have been higher.”

“This was the best meal we have had since moving back 6 years ago. Working in Madison and Washington DC we had the opportunity to eat at some great places. This ranks with them. I had the ribs and my wife had a Pasta Dish and they were great! To make sure we went back and had the pizza. Unbelievable. Great food, service, people and ambiance. Love it. “This was fantastic! I got that meat sampler and was quite impressed. The brisket was fantastic. The ribs were competition style so they had a bite.....and you could pull them off the bone.....but they didn't fall off the bone. Just the way I like them. The pulled pork was incredible. And the chicken was so good with their white barbecue sauce! And the smoked brat was a little piece of meat dessert. Sherry was fantastic and we got to meet Brian....who clearly knows what he is doing. I highly recommend it. It was worth the drive from Green Bay. We will be back.”

“I find myself wandering towards the Fat Seagull a lot - there's just something about this place. The staff is always very friendly and timely with orders, their drink prices are beyond reasonable, and their food is AMAZING. I highly recommend any of the rolls, the fish tacos and the lobster bisque. MMMMM. The live music events here are great, and it's a perfect distance from downtown. If you ever are needing some deliciousness in your life, I highly recommend the Fat Seagull!”

“Really cool space, with far more selection than I would have expected from an outside glance. Coffee is pretty good and very reasonably priced, and the grasshopper cake I had alongside it was really amazing for four bucks. Seasonal coffee selections are apparently changed regularly; I had an Irish Cream based "Pot of Gold" which really hit the spot. My table was a giant cribbage board, which was cool. The whole space feels very "coffee shop" without feeling pretentious, which is uncommon in my experience. I'll be going back next time I am in town.”
