“Romero's is cute little place, bright and roomy. For being that small, it was incredibly loud. Not full of people so it was curious how loud it was. Made it difficult to converse without being loud ourselves in order to hear each other. Could be because everything is hard surfaces so there is nothing to absorb sound. It wasn't a cold atmosphere by any means, felt welcoming, but when it's all hard surfaces, sound just bounces around. On to the positives. Our server was wonderful. Attended to our needs, made suggestions when people were unsure and asked advice. Very cheerful. Took great care of us. The food is just delicious. We had a variety of items ordered in our group. I saw various kinds of tacos, some enchiladas, I think one person got chimichangas; one did a la carte, while the others did dinners. I put together my own combo of a Ground Beef Tostada, Birria Burrito, and Mexican Corn. The tostada was square which is a presentation I had never seen before. It made it SO much easier to eat. It was very tasty, fully enjoyed. The Mexican corn is just wonderful. Perfectly spicy without distroying your tastebuds for anything else. I had a bite of my burrito when I got home because I had to at least try it before writing my review. As with the other items it was just delicious. And it is huge. In true form I wanted to try more items than I could eat in one sitting. The burrito and bowl of corn are such large portions that I actually have lunch for the next TWO days. Perfect. And prices are quite reasonable. In addition, we all had various types and flavors of margaritas and we all thought they were very good. Large glasses. Two handed for me so I didn't pull a typical move and tip it into my lap. Very enjoyable evening! I do want to mention that menu on the website is for their West Allis taco truck. The restaurant menu is more extensive”

“This place tastes authentic mexican, and is not that bad. As this place just opened and is still getting started, it’s understandable why a few things are not clear. We stopped by on a Friday night and the place was pretty full. We chose where we wanted to sit and a waitress followed us with menus to our table and took our drink orders right away. We had a couple of questions about some of the drinks on the menu, and the waitress wasn’t completely sure what some of them were, so we went with a beer and house mango margarita on the rocks. The margarita tasted strong! We were given a basket of chips and some salsa and ordered our food shortly after. The salsa was pretty mild but good. We order the burrito dinner and the 3 taco dinner, with chicken, chamechano, and steak. The food was very filling and good. I would’ve liked a little bit more spice. The staff was all very friendly and there were some gambling games along the wall. The prices weren’t too bad either. Overall we would try again”

“I recently went to this new restaurant, and I was super excited to try out the food! I ordered burgers and wings. The burgers were amazing and juicy (Fez and Mushroom Swiss)!! The wings were 10/10 perfectly done. They have variety of sauces that you can choose from that’s a plus point. My favorite sauces were hot & spicy garlic sauce, toxic waste. I recommend you go and try the food it’s 10/10!!!! If you love burgers and wings this is the place to go!!! The staff are very nice and friendly, their service was great!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“It has only been open a few weeks and I have been there twice; once for carryout and once for in-person dining on their patio. Yes, they have a beautiful fenced in patio with super cushioned seating. At first I thought this was an Indian Food restaurant but it is Arabian Food! High protein grilled meat menu with luxurious Mediterranean sides, breads, and salads! Super healthy and Super delicious! They have a large fired oven in the middle of the restaurant where all their breads are baked fresh in front of you! The flavors are more subtle than Indian Food. There is no worry of having something "too spicy". The presentation of the plates is high quality. The ingredients of the food is high quality. The prices are very reasonable and the portions sizes are quite large adding even more value. The interior is exquisitely decorated in true Arabian theme. One would never know it was once a Burger King! They will be offering a drive through soon for even easier ways to enjoy their great food. Personally, in Covid world, I really enjoyed the Patio seating..but it was during the day. Come winter I will definitely make use of the drive through. When I did get carryout, the restaurant was FULL. It is a beautiful setting. But the food.....Fabulous!!!”

“I got take out here last night and it was so good that I'm back again tonight. The food is great and the prices are perfect for what you get. You're not going to dine here, as there's only 2 small tables each with 2 chairs, and there are in the breezeway next to the order window. But you will get some amazing food to go, at a cheap price. “This is my favorite Burger King store. It's close to home and the staff are great. For instance, I recently had a situation in which their payment system charged me twice. I was paying with Samsung Pay. Even though it charged me twice, it did not show on their Staten as being payed, so they couldn't issue me a refund. Maurice, the young man helping me was incredibly diligent, calling their order system provider, and giving me constant updates and reassurances that he didn't want me to leave thinking that they hasn't addressed it. His great communication skills also showed in the way he dealt with other customers who's orders he was taking while on the phone/hold with their vendor, and the way he communicated with the rest of the staff as he helped coordinate the the influx of orders online, at the counter, and at the drive through. He did all of this while communicating with the vendor and explaining my payment situation with them clearly. That level of service is what earns a fast food place five stars. Great job, Maurice!”

“Lots of options to choose from for the salads soups and Sandwiches. Pick 2 combos are only about 10 bucks and its plenty of food. The berry citrus chicken salad was delicious. Fresh berries and really good chicken. Tried the asparagus cauliflower soup of the seasonal menu and it's great. You get a chocolate covered strawberry with every combo! They also have some house made lemonades that were very refreshing.”
