“I spent quite a lot of time in the vicinity when a loved one was in hospice. I am gluten-free and this was my go to place when I took a break to go eat. Very friendly staff, very tasty sandwiches which were filling. I sat outside in their roofed patio during a rainstorm and it’s a day I’ll never forget. Highly recommend.”

“We ate on the porch. Very nice and comfortable, but a tad noisy. Could use some acoustic baffling help. Our server was Minnie. She was very friendly and very helpful with our selections. And she was very attentive. We never waited (long) for service. Had the breaded mushroom appetizers and wild rice chowder soup. OMG. You must get these! Had the deep fried perch dinner... very good also. Overall.... Very Good to excellent experience. If they could reduce the noise level, I would give them another star.”

I am very surprised at the food here. The fried chicken was made like it is down south and fresh, the mashed potatoes and gravy are home made with lumps which I love and the corn on the cob was delicious. Even the bread was outstanding. Next time I'm in town I will stop by this place.”

“The general restaurant was a nice log cabin feel, with the smell of pizza and dessert. The meals were artistic, and the waiters lost the star though. They were pushy and trying to look friendly. Right when my family was seated, we were suddenly asked what we wanted to drink, but we still were getting our silverware and sitting down. Even though they were busy, I still think people should visit this Italian restaurant.”

“Great atmosphere, great service, and tasty selections of beer. My ribeye steak had great flavor but the meat was less than average. My wife had the beef tips which was also tasty but the meat was very tough. IF we ever go back - we'll stick to sandwiches. Overall it was pretty disappointing especially since it was my wife's birthday.”
