Fratellos Riverfront Restaurant

Absolutely beautiful building and view of the river, but my food experience wasn't quite as impressive. The clam chowder was the best I've ever had, so that was a great start, but the perch fish fry was heavy, tasted only of salt and grease, and didn't have a good sauce to make the flavor any better. Can't say enough good things about the atmosphere though!

Solid food and a great atmosphere. I do think that there on tap selection could be more diverse, but their wine selection makes up for it, as does the quality of the food. I do think that the fries could be improved, but I think that the current focus of the restaurant is on the right place.

The location is great - being right on the river. I had the soup of the day which was cream of chicken with broccoli. It was the best soup - of any kind- that I've ever had! The chicken was melt in your mouth and the soup had just the right amount of pepper and spices. I also had the salmon BLT sandwich. The English muffin could have been toasted more, but it was very tasty. My husband had the braised beef ravioli- which was delicious and enough to take some home for later. Loved this place!
