Singing Salmon Saloon

Cheap beer, great food. Front is a large bar, towards the back they have plenty of tables for family dining. Defiantly need to return, great hostess and the smoked salmon dip app was so good.

Place was amazing. We were recommended from one of the locals who lives close by. Has the oldest, coolest, wooden back bar I have ever seen. Mark was our bartender and made great cocktails for us for the time we were there. He recommended what to eat and everything was phenomenal let me tell you that. Best cheese curds I have ever had, light and fluffy beer breaded with home made dill ranch. We then had the pork belly bites, that I will now drive over an hour for just to eat again, and then the brat fries that is pure Wisconsin and completely original, we cleaned that plate too! Followed up by the best burger in town if you ask me. Joe, the owner, is a culinary genius who is a Chef. Turns out he was there that night working hard as well as Mark pointed and it showed with the quality of our whole night.
Came from the Pewaukee area to play golf at The Bog but will now be going back for the food. 10/10, best food we had Port Washington. Prices were extremely reasonable for what you get too. I can't rave about this place enough. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful service and even better food! They have the best BATTERED (not breaded!) cheese curds with homemade ranch dressing we’ve ever had. The blackened salmon salad was also incredible. And, they weren’t stingy on the Jack and Coke pour! -Out of towners who stumbled on the place by chance.

Did not expect much from this apparently typical Wisconsin pub but I was very pleasantly surprised. The menu has items like the blackberry meatballs and pork belly appetizers that I have not seen before. My chicken sandwich (yard bird) with a side of cowboy beans was excellent. I'll be back, and often.

I got to experience the soft opening and have been a fan ever since. The cocktails are as great as the people who serve them. Got to go down and enjoy a couple appetizers yesterday and can't wait to try a meal! The pork belly bites were full of flavor and the smoked salmon dip paired with wonton strips was a fantastic combo. The renovation to the beautiful bar as well as the dining area has given the place the face-lift it needed!
