“They're okay, no major issues I guess. The one thing that I found kind of off is that the door handle in the bathroom says that it's a touch free handle. Not sure why it says that bcuz you still do have to touch the thing in order to open the door & exit the bathroom. And given that they only have hand blow dryers in the bathroom, you can't use a paper towel to open the door. They should at least have paper towels so people don't have to touch the surely unsanitary bathroom door handle with their hands. And I'm not OCD either, just not stupid enough to think everybody washes their hands before leaving the bathroom.”

“We like to eat here often but the last 2 times haven’t been as good as usual. I ordered a turkey club & the waitress brought it to the table & noticed there wasn’t any turkey on it. So she takes it back to the kitchen & returns with the club sandwich that they just slapped a piece of turkey on each end. Not impressive & the tomatoes were mushy. I’m hungry & want to eat so I didn’t bother sending it back. The turkey club should have 2 layers of turkey, not 1. The time before this, my husband ordered a gyro omelet & it was raw in the middle & had hardly any gyro meat. Please don’t start slacking on your awesome food as you got voted highly in 2018... it’s feeling that way to us. I hope the next time we visit, it’s like it was before......excellent, or we will not be returning”

“We went to Summit for a team dinner and I left quite impressed. The food was absolutely awesome and the service was great. I had a couple of Old Fashions which were mixed perfectly. The special room we were in had a bit of an arrangement issue. Not sure if it was due to certain reasons, but it sort of felt like we were in their spare room. “I order from here frequently and I almost never have issues. The two times I have had issues with Dominos, I contacted their support. Each time, I got in contact with the regional manager who gave me $50 in-store credit, which was very nice of them as I did not expect anything. I have dealt with almost every delivery driver they have, and they are overall very nice people and I’ve never had an issue with them. The food is always very very tasty, and perfectly cooked/warm when I receive it. The few issues I’ve had, were simple issues such as too greasy or slightly overcooked. My order ya never been wrong and the staff are always very nice to me when I have an issue or concern. I have probably spent over $1,000 at this location alone in the past 3 years ordering and still enjoying their food. And yes, I am a pizza addict. The food here compares no where near to other pizza chains in this area. All in all, if you’re looking for a fast food place to order pizza from, this would be your best bet! And if you ever have an issue here, notify the customer support staff and they can get everything set for you and I’m sure the managers will make an accommodation for you!”
