“The Gourmet Cafe, in the back of The Thornberry Cottage boutique, has tasty sandwiches that feature some gourmet touches. They are available hot or cold. The fresh bread from the bakery next door is like a chibatta roll with great flavor and texture. The meats are accompanied by toppings that pack a punch. While I would say the portion size is large for a lady, it fell a little short for a hungry dude like me. Next time, I'll get the soup as well. Coffee, tea and other drinks including alcohol are also served.”

“Overall we had a good first experience with the cafe's new ownership. We were there on a very busy Saturday morning (there was a baseball tournament going on) and while the wait was a little longer that was to be expected on such a busy day. Our food tasted wonderful. The omelets were top notch. A mistake was made on one of table's plates and thankfully an adjustment was made to our bill accordingly. Prices are on the higher end but for a once and a while treat it was worth the money. Figuring the tip in our final bill was over 20 per person.”

“LOVED it! This was my first time having a gyro so I just got their most basic. Oh it was SO yummy! To heck with Subway, I found my new go-to place for take-out lunch when I want it! My nephew really, really likes it too. It's a lovely little place, friendly staff, great atmosphere. 10 / 10 I HIGHLY recommend. I'm SO going back there!”

“Seriously - excellent sushi! The rolls are the star (vs the sashimi). Hard to believe you can find quality sushi in rural WI, but Wasabi is doing it right! The sushi here is on-par with any sushi restaurant I've eaten in any city. The restaurant's exterior is a little off-putting but, do yourself a favor, and get past that. They are spending their $$$ on quality fish!! The Spicy Tuna is the best we've ever had...yes, seriously! We'll be back and I encourage everyone to give Wasabi a try.”
