Only reason for a 4 star rating is because my iced black tea lemonade tasted like dirt flavored water and I am still in disbelief because this is the only drink I can order that is always made right. I hope to change my review to 5 stars once the employees have had time to learn to make the drinks more.”

“All I had was a slice of the vanilla cake with chocolate frosting but it was DELICIOUS. The cake was moist and not too heavy...the chocolate frosting was smooth and rich but not cloyingly sweet. Wish I could have tried more...the shop was very cute and the service was very friendly and informative.”

“I love the new self-order kiosks at this location. They are easy to use, easy to customize each item. The only down side to this location (I go here often), is that the drive through M-F at lunch is BRUTAL. I'm talking at LEAST 20 minutes to get lunch through the drive though. I've got no idea how this place been is so slow at the drive through at lunch time....every time. But the dine-in experience is always good. I just wish the drive through could figure out how to function. Don't come here for lunch M-F if you want a quick drive-through meal.”

“Best place in Sheboygan, no doubt. Kate (the owner) is AMAZING. So, so nice. The staff is wonderful. Once I was very uncomfortable with someone and the men on staff told me they were there and would make sure nothing got out of hand. They are so inclusive and welcoming and their food is AMAZING. I get the Strawberry lemonade and a plain bagel sandwich every time. I love it.”

“Updated review 1/14/2019 Store is being managed better than the last Yahoo they had. Don't see employees on their phones anymore. Employees are a little more attentive and do serve you right as you come in. Employees seem to be better trained and a little more knowledgeable about their job Most of the time they have a good crew working. Food and drinks are better than they have been in the past. I'll eat and drink here more than some other Sheboygan places. As long as the employee goes by the book food and drinks will come out great. Bathroom still could use attention but I don't feel like I'll catch something by using it. All the tables don't have chairs but I was informed by management that they keep on breaking. They did have all the chairs about a month ago but now they don't but have more than they did a year ago. The franchise owner needs to stop buying cheap chairs and buy sturdy ones that will last is all. Better place to go than a year ago. I would recommend this place to others for a decent place to get coffee and donuts. Below is to show that the place has changed a little. 2018 review 1 star if that Managed horribly Employees on their personal cell phones while working. Employees seem to be under trained by not being knowledgeable about basic jobs. A few good employees but not all. Food and drink inconsistencies (inproperly made). Bathroom pretty messy almost as if it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Lobby has tables that have no chairs to sit down at . All and all many places that can be improved upon. Wouldn't recommend until all is fixed.”
