“It’s good pizza, but they need a better system for online orders. Pretty much every time I pay online the pizza is stolen by the time I arrive. The cashier informs me that they are unable to refund my credit card because it has to be approved by corporate, but I can wait another 20 minutes for them to remake it. They should not announce the name when someone walks in, instead ask them for the name they are picking it up for. Unfortunately, it’s probably a location problem.”
