Matt was working the register, and was by far the nicest and friendliest employee I've ever experienced at any Culver's. Phenomenal! “Been coming here for years with friends-- always a great time! Weekdays are ideal for cocktails and conversation. A smoking room with a pool table keeps everyone happy. Friday and Saturday nights are packed, which is great if you want high energy. I prefer weekdays. The staff are fun and engaging!”

“Usually very good. Unfortunately, the last two visits were disappointing. We waited for our server (Mother's day), and we could clearly see him just standing around. He didn't appear too thrilled to be there. He brought my daughter the wrong order, "questioned" with us as to what we ordered and then went to ask another server IF they even had it(she's been ordering the same thing for years). This last visit our long time server seemed disengaged with his job....might have been a bad day for him (?) Hopefully it was just a temp slump.”

Once I was very uncomfortable with someone and the men on staff told me they were there and would make sure nothing got out of hand. They are so inclusive and welcoming and their food is AMAZING.
