“As a new option off the river, I’m EXTREMELY happy. For an $8 DOUBLE smash burger, it was excellent. Absolutely not the best burger you’ll ever have, but it’s $8, huge, and juicy. Barbara was working the bar and is a total sweetheart, and super on top of her game. Our dog was welcome on the patio which was awesome. Owner has a sweet boat. Can’t wait to be back, hopefully even today if I can convince hubby to take the boat out.”

“This restaurant is definitely a “destination” for dinner. A little expensive but worth every penny. Had an absolutely superb pork chop with braised brussel sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes. The chicken pot pie was done to perfection with a flaky crust top. Our dinner was preceded by a stupendous flat bread appetizer. We did not have any dessert since we were full, but the desserts looked out of this world and the recipients reaction to their first bite was priceless. You won’t want to miss a chance to eat here if you have the opportunity. Staff were great and the whole place was very clean. We will be back with out-of-state company as we show them some of Wisconsin’s finest.”

“Fantastic experience! Very busy and long line to hostess- however since we were just a party of two we were seated immediately! Salad bar wonderful and the clam chowder reminded me of some I had in Maine- very East coast flavorful! We both got the fish fry and you could tell it was hand battered! It was great! The au gratin potato was so good! This is our new favorite place! Oh and did I mention- they called to us wishing us well as we left- very friendly atmosphere- this is a must try place!”
