“We went to Lanny's for the first time a few weeks ago. It's the favorite for the friend who brought us there. I had stuffed walleye, and it was absolutely delicious and rivaled that of any fine dining I've had. It came with soup and salad, making it a fine value. And I know everyone else was happy with their meals. The atmosphere is warm. The prices are very favorable. The service was extremely slow, but we didn't choose Lanny's because we were in a hurry. We waited in the bar for our table to be ready and enjoyed the pleasant bartender and nice drinks. The staff was absolutely courteous and professional throughout. The only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars is that this would mean there's no room for improvement. While the wait for the table despite a reservation and the long wait for our food didn't bother us (it is part of the charm), that may bother a lot of other people. We will look forward to going back.”

“Stopped for a late lunch. People were friendly. I had fish tacos, which came as wrap instead of taco, not sure if I read menu wrong or if it wasn’t described that way. It was very good. Also ordered cheese curds they were a little over cooked. We also had fish and chips that was very good. There is a nice selection of ice cedar crest ice cream. Would definitely stop in again.”

“AWESOME pizza and shredded onions. We had the thin crust pizza with our favorite fixings - it was crispy and done to perfection. “Happened to stop at the Burnt Bridge Cavern on my way home to eat. The food was actually pretty good, I haven't tasted cheese curds that delicious in a very long time. The mugs they served the drinks in were also pretty unique. Sitting at the bar, the lady was very social and always stopping to see if you needed anything. On top of that, you had a view of nature out the window. The Tavern's decor was also pretty neat ^-^. There were dollar bills on the ceiling, plus a bunch of other neat decors. The bathroom for ladies also had a really unique sliding door stall, which I found rather cool! Hope this review helps some of y'all, try the cheese curds!”
