“Had a steak earlier today, I prefer rare and it was closer to medium but this is NOT a complaint, the cook came out and explained that do to the seasoning style it has a minimum cook time to get the seasoning cooked on properly. It was a pleasure hearing that tidbit of info and reasoning by the pro as most won't take the time. The meal was delicious, steak, mashed potatoes, spinach soup, and lemon pie for dessert. I will be back.”
