Went over the weekend and the barbecue was very good, ordered the brisket with a side of beans and potato salad. The brisket was good on it's own but served best as a sauce delivery device. I tried them all and liked the sweet sauce the best. The beans and the potato salad we're just okay. Both lacked a bold flavor. One person in my group wanted to get the smash bowl (think rice bowl burrito) but they didn't have any potatoes ready for it and it'd be 30 minutes to wait for them. This was at dinner time. I'd go back for the brisket and sauce and not look twice at much else.”

“By far one of the greatest restaurants we’ve been too. We stop by every chance we get on our way to/from Chicago. They have literally the best grits we’ve eaten North of the South (and better than most of the south too!). The composition of there grits changes from month to month, along with most of their menu. Which means there is always something new to try. My mouth begins to water just thinking about how good it was. The staff is super friendly too. One of the chef’s will always come out and say hullo, which makes for a nice dinner environment. This is definitely well worth the stop! ...(and there bathroom soap smells amazing)...”
