Simply put.... this is the best barbecue in Milwaukee! In terms of service they are also 2nd none. Catered and Served 80 people . Each one of those people are saying the same!!! This place is quickly becoming a Milwaukee area must try!

This was an amazing experience at HELLO! From the initial phone call asking if they serve Brisket, my arrival at the location to try something new, meeting the owners with excitement and nervousness, eating Tri Tip for thet first time, and my followup call to Jonas Mack. The Tri Tip is insanely delicious. The ribs are nothing like I've tasted before. Food ART at it's finest!

We stopped here more out of curiosity than anything, although we do love bbq. The owners were awesome, very friendly and personable. We tried the tri tip, the pulled pork, and 3 different sides. The meats were delicious!!! You could see the beautiful smoke ring on the tri tip, and both were super tender and juicy! The sides we chose were collard greens with turkey, which was fantastic, the yams with lemon ginger, which I will always order from now on (I could eat a bucket of these). The were delicious! We also tried a small mac and cheese which was just mac and cheese. Over all it was an excellent experience, and we will definitely be going back soon!! It is a food truck, so you have to check their schedule.

This is a food truck set up right on the northeast corner of Appleton Avenue and Joper Road in Menomonee Falls, WI. The aroma alone will make you stop. The set up is great! The Smoked Team is welcoming, engaging and fun. It's hard to keep a food truck looking clean, but the Smoked Team has it down to a good-looking science. Everyone is courteous and genuine. Seems like they all like each other. The FOOD! FANTASTIC!!!!! They offer an array of the best truly smoked meats possible, plus a few rare fines like the pulled pork egg roll! Yep.....it is what it sounds like and it is delicious! You have to try the Beef Tri-Tip! These folks need to be competing somewhere! Oh, the barbecue sauce....truly finger-licking good! Service is fast considering it is smoked meat. Pricing is comparable. You can get a complete meal for under $15. The BEST PART....This is Veteran Owned and Operated!!!!!
