“I usually love this place. However, today the place was dirty and there wasn't one clean table and a total of three customers. I could see if it was busy but it wasn't. I even asked her for cleaning supplies and offered to clean a table myself and she said someone would clean one but that never happened... Update: I have eaten here since and it's much cleaner and a pleasant experience. Thanks”

“Great food, awesome ingredients, makes for a great place to eat. Very efficient service in a cafeteria style setup that doesn't sacrifice on the quality of the food. The building is modern, with plenty of natural light. Great place for a lunch meeting or conversation with friends. The chocolate covered strawberries are a great finish to the meal (included with every order). Definitely recommend visiting at least once.”

“Finally went to Harvey Moy's. It was a Sunday evening, about 5:30 PM. My wife was with me. It wasn't crowded. The inside was very clean and had very nice decor. We were seated promptly. We looked at the menu. I ordered appetizers right away. I knew we would need some time to decide what we would order. We each ordered a drink. For being a slow night at the restaurant, our server wasn't too attentive. All seem to be moving very slow. We did get our drinks, no appetizers. We ordered our entries. My wife and I had good conversation. I finished my drink and waited for quite a while before seeing our server. I ordered a second drink. My wife and I talked and waited. Our food came. That was very good but I asked the server what about my drink and the appetizers. She said there was no one working at the bar at this time. She forgot to put the order in for the appetizers. My wife and I started on our entries. The food was very good. My drink and appetizers finally came. We tried the appetizers, they were good. Besides the slow service, it was a very good time. I suspected our server might be a new, very young, employee. My wife and I had a quiet dinner in a very nice restaurant, though I wasn't expecting this much time at the restaurant. The price for our dinners was alright. My wife and I will probably try this restaurant again. The choices of entries is large. We'll try someting different.”

“I was a little sceptical after reading some of the negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised. I had the all you can eat Friday fish fry, which was well priced, good tasting and rather large portions. I didn't need seconds. They should have the Friday fish fry listed on the menu and get a copy of the menu on their web page as I and my friend almost didn't come here. Glad we stopped!”

“We had some of the creamiest, most wonderful custard we’ve ever tasted here. My stepson had the vanilla, which was completely free of ice crystals and absolutely smooth and dense. I had a special flavor of the day called “French Silk,” and it was a rich chocolate confection with dark chocolate pieces in it. It was simply exquisite. We’ve always liked this place, but I think it’s even better now than it was years ago. In addition, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. Overall, it was a perfect frozen custard experience, Wisconsin style!”

The one thing that sets this Chinese restaurant above others in their category is the freshness of the food. Everything is prepared to order. The meat never has gristle and the vegetables have a fresh crunch. The wait staff is always friendly and the general manager works the floor to ensure customer satisfaction.
