“I asked for both arbys sauce and horsey sauce and got none. I asked for lemonade and got a cup of sour water. The soda dispenser must have been out of lemonade syrup or whatever. I got food from the drive through and it seemed to talk kind of long, but I may have just been hungry. It's a clean nice restaurant but I get fast food rarely and the two strikes was pretty frustrating.”

“Panera prides itself on fresh and tasty. And it usually is. It could be much better. It could choose to accommodate gluten intolerant patrons. Bread doesn’t have to be offered although it would be possible. (Culver’s offers a gluten free bun in a cellophane bag). It wouldn’t be hard to thicken their soups with something other than wheat. The reason this is important is that MANY times gluten intolerant people accompany others not so afflicted for business lunchtimes. Having to eat salads as the only option is tiring. It would be kinder to have a wider variety of options and it is economically possible. Panera should care more about their patrons.”

“This place is average. There are significantly better burgers elsewhere in the city for a lower price. We started with cheese curds and pretzels. The cheese curds were avg and the pretzel had way too much salt on it but once you wiped it off the pretzel it was very good. We got a salted caramel shake, it tasted good but was really smooth, so not sure if it was real ice cream. I got a standard burger on ciabatta, the burger was very avg nothing special. My wife got the impossible burger, which she loved. I tasted it as well and it is very close to the real thing. Overall I would not recommend for anything except the impossible burger.”

“Brandi was the woman who took my order. Brandi was very polite and informative. Why am I mentioning something that seems relatively easy? Easy, because it isn't. Lately I've experienced some of the most egregious, disrespectful behavior from individuals who are supposed to be helpful, informative, pleasant and accommodating. That is the reason why I'm doing this review. To those in customer service positions who think they can continually treat people like trash, I'm here to say you're wrong. I have been so disgusted with this that i have a small notebook with me. Treat me like garbage, you're company is in my ledger, i don't have to subject myself to that type of environment . In closing, so to be unbiased, i will give POSITIVE REVIEWS TO THOSE WHO DESERVE IT...”

“Maybe it's the availability of great cuts of meats at the local grocer, or perhaps my standards are changing as I get older, either way I just wasn't that impressed. We went to celebrate my father's birthday and the service was great, but the food was just okay. We had six adults and half of us ordered steak, which came out as ordered. The other half ordered ribs or another entree. Unfortunately the ribs came out Luke warm at best and had to be sent back to be reheated. As a result the rest of the table finished eating before the reheated ribs came back out. The staff was very gracious and took care of that situation but nonetheless it added to the feeling that the food is just okay. My steak and particular was cooked properly, I ordered it 'loaded', with mushrooms and onions, but the mushrooms felt old. It was like they had been cooked much earlier in the day and we're kind of soggy. Overall I felt that the plate could have had better presentation. It doesn't help that one of my sides is a salad which comes out before the meal, which leaves room on the plate and makes it look scarce. I have to imagine for the prices you're paying they can afford to give you a salad and two sides. overall I'd say it's a great place to go if you're on the road and are feeling a steak. But if you're looking for a really good steak, there are better options.”

“A Good place to bring your kids! I have 3 children ranging from 1-11 years old, and there was something for everyone. There is a small toddler area in the dining area. The food is okay, and there are many options, most of which are perfect for kids. The game room has lots of stuff for kids to do, and the cost per game varies. Depending on the day there are deals available, and the prices are very reasonable, our family was fed and entertained for hours, for what we could easily pay for just dinner. We'll definitely be coming back!”
