“Maybe the best Steak, Eggs, Hash Browns, and Pancakes I have ever had! Definitely for just $14.99. Steak was absolutely delicious! Just the right seasoning and cooked a perfect medium rare. Scrambled eggs were excellent and the hash browns were tender yet crispy and not greasy. The pancakes were light and fluffy and very tasty. I'll definitely be back!”

“We've only been here twice but both times the food was great. The menu is small but who needs a huge menu when the food offered is delicious. There aren't many tables so there can be wait, but it's not outrageous. The one thing I will ding them on is that when we walked in both times we weren't greeted and since we'd never been there we didn't know it was a seat yourself kind of place so we stood around until a waitress took pity on us and told us to sit wherever. The second time, we knew better but it was still a little awkward because we wanted a table vs a booth and there was no tables bussed so we stood around waiting to ask someone to bus it. The waitresses are always doing something and generally seem like they are too busy to help you--until you are seated that is and then the service is great.”

“PJ Piper is one of the last and best "small town" diners around. The service is excellent! If you have coffee your cup will not be empty until you desire it to be. The food quality is always great and the prices are very reasonable compared to portion size. This is a breakfast/lunch place to be sure. They close mid-afternoon, but open bright and early at 5:30. Weekends are very busy, but it has always been worth the wait. Just keep in mind that this is a place that is popular with the locals, and for good reason. I have yet to find someone who did not like going to PJ Piper.”

“I drink Iced Coffee and have been to Dunkin in several states and have never received iced coffee with granulated sugar. For some odd reason this one uses granulated sugar in their iced coffee (makes it gritty, since it doesn't melt) unless you ask for liquid. So I took their advice and asked for liquid today when I came, and they still forgot and didn't use liquid. Fortunately, I made it to the door, took a sip and turned around and she remembered that she used the other so she remade it.”
