“Cute rustic place just about in the middle of no where. Not a lot of options around here. Small town and a bit of a drive to get much else. Decided to give it a try not knowing how much longer it would be before a decent place came along again. Very cutely decorated both inside and out. Patriotic and rustic, to fit the area. Staff was friendly and stayed on top of things. Suggested well when asked. Not pushy but alert and ready when we were. Food was quite good. We had the chicken fried steak sandwich and the garlic Parmesan burger. Both came with fries. Both were cooked well, and tasted good. Would come back here again when passing through. It’s worth the stop. There may be some other options 30-60 miles in any give direction, but then again, without looking, maybe not. What I can tell you tho…. Is this place didn’t disappoint, so if you’re hungry, stop on in and give it a try.”

“I've been into the stop and go several days in a row. Partly because I needed to get gas (gasp) and mostly because I wanted to get some of the "almost as good as my mother's chicken!" 😂 The food is always fresh, the shrimp is absolutely delectable and delicious, and you can't go wrong by purchasing either a meal or the chicken fingers or the chicken dippers because any one of them that you buy is going to just make you smile. Customer service is always the best and I always leave with a smile myself. I thoroughly recommend that you stop and sample Champs Chicken and of course they have other goodies as well. For instance, Bunny Track ice cream, a favorite of mine.”

“Lovell has two real Gas stations. A Maverick is a Maverick. The drinking fountain is pretty good. They have flavor shots that you can add to your drink. They have a hard Liquor shelf, like every other gas station in Wyoming. They have extra parking on the north side of the store with some picnic tables. They were selling a lot of Hot food. It looked good. The restrooms were clean and of good size. The Gas is cheaper in Powell”

“We stopped in from out of town. The pizza was okay, but the girl working wasn’t friendly. She didn’t offer Parmesan, ranch, or anything. She just kinda tossed the pizza in the box at our table. We had to approach and ask for everything, and then suddenly we looked up and the lights were out and she was standing there, and when I looked at her she says “we’re closed right now.” It was awkward and I would have appreciated it if she had communicated with us in a more positive and proactive way. There were tables in there, but it wasn’t clear if we were supposed to clean up or if the table would be bussed. A sign would have been helpful.”

“The food was pretty good. Service was very slow. Took 10 mins or longer to be acknowledged. A couple came in after us, ate and left long before us. We waited 15 mins just to pay. The place is cozy and nicely decorated, but there are a lot of flies. Also, to note (bc no one will tell you and there no signs up), but you seat yourself, and there is a dining room off to the left beyond the bathrooms.”

“We were ready for some Mexican food after being on the road for awhile and we definitely were not disappointed! Our server was very nice and attentive and brought our drinks right away. We each ordered a margarita and they were great, served in super cute terra cotta cups. The chips and salsa were fresh and delicious. The chips look house made and were nice and crisp and warm. We each ordered a combination plate intending to share but we both dove right in! The food is truly authentic! Having lived in Mexico and visited most areas, the food isn't all spiced up like here in America. True Mexican food lets the flavors of the food shine, not the spices. It was all delicious and authentic and we ate it all!!”

“Hidden little Gem. We visited on a Sunday evening on our way through town- The bread is made fresh. The burger was full of flavor. The fresh cut fries to supplement the burger made the meal delicious. The atmosphere has something everyone would like. There was a 'challenge' (as we saw pictures of the losers) but I forgot to ask what the food 'challenge' consisted of. There was also an assortment of baked goods to choose from. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.”
