“We went here on a Sunday for lunch, and it was packed. Outside we found a free bench and enjoyed the beer garden. It’s a lovely area. If you enter the bar/restaurant you have to order in the corner of the place. They have a Variety of foods: Burgers, Pizza, Fish & Chips, salads and more. You get free refills for drinks and have to get them yourself. No table service other than bringing your food out. We ordered and had to wait for more than 50 minutes for the food. It’s been okay though but kids were very hungry. When the food finally arrived one kid didn’t like the “fries” bec it were like roasted potato grids, like waffle fries, and not normal fries. I liked them but we could only eat half of it, bec it was too much. We also had to go somewhere else with the one kid for different food later. Other than that the burgers were great, especially the meat, and the fish and chips basket was also nice and crispy. Atmosphere outside is great! Nice garden! Info. There is one shared restroom only.”

“My first visit since she moved to the Shell gas station by the Pizza Hut. The food never disappoints! This time I was served some very tasty fry bread with a whipped honey butter and a bowl of chicken soup. This came free before my meal. It was very good. The special Sopal was running was 6 crab Rangoon with a sweet Thai like sauce for $3. When I tore one open I started to be disappointed because I didn’t see any red, looked like all cream cheese. Boy was I wrong! They were filled with real real crabmeat! I couldn’t believe it. The ratio of crab to cream cheese was amazing. They were fried to perfection and not over done. The wonton wrap itself was the perfect thickness, ( I can’t stand a mouth full of fried wonton with only a little filling) For my actual lunch I ordered seafood tacos. She was kind enough to let me pick 2 different types of seafood. I had the Red Snapper and Shrimp. Both were amazing! Perfect amount of her sauce, avocado, and other toppings. I didn’t even investigate what was all in there. It was so good, it just went down the hatch. I subbed a salad as opposed to fries or any other starch. And the greens were fresh and very good. The bleu cheese dressing had chucks of bleu cheese, and there was a generous portion of bleu cheese crumbles on top the salad. Everything was very delicious! I will keep going back when I’m in Lander. My server was a nice young lady here temporarily from Colorado. She was very accommodating, kind and on time for everything I needed and wanted and did a great job.”

They've made a few very small changes on the decor, but the building structure has lots of potential for updates while still honoring the founder. “Would definitely recommend!!! We were taken care of immediately and we did not have to wait long for our food at all. The food was fresh, delicious and cooked perfectly. We were treated like family by everyone. I would also like to add I didn't realize what time they closed and when I realized it was past 9 they literally told us to take our time no rush and to enjoy our meal not many establishments would be willing to do that and treat it as no big problem. Debbie was the best waitress ever!!!! Will definitely be back!!! They are also the only restaurant to have pretzel bread and it's awesome!!!!”

“We stopped here for lunch and for dinner later the same night. We came on a recommendation from one of the locals that we were working with. The restaurant itself is not that large, so make sure to come early if you want a seat. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about all the items on the menu. Up to this point, we had been pretty disappointed with the food so far in Riverton. I had the French dip sandwich for lunch and then the steak salad the next day. Both items were delicious and renewed my faith in good food in Wyoming. I also had a latte which was also very good. I can see why the place is packed all the time and while it was a little more than most places in town, it was worth it.”

“Lovely Tex Mex Restaurant. The atmosphere is great, also very clean, nice decoration and love for details! Very unique style and every corner and seating area is different. Service very friendly and fast. Food was not my cup of tea, bec I really love original Mexican cuisine with real flavor and spices! The food here was more dry, almost none flavor. No real cheese used for Quesadillas. Chips and Salsa also nothing special. Drinks: No free refills! And cups are full with ice cubes, meaning you have almost no drink in your glass. If you’re up for a fun night in a nice atmosphere with good service and don’t have expectations for real Mexican food.. that’s the place for you.”

“They decorated it with bikes so of course I have to give it five stars on atmosphere, I had the mac and cheese brisket jalapeno wrap and it was a bit of a disappointment. I don't know where the jalapeno chedder came in but I didn't find it, the brisket was good but the mac and cheese was a little flat and overall it was an interesting attempt. I also upped for a craft root beer, and the girl said I could have a refill but I didn't get one because quite frankly it wasn't that great either, (maybe I'm just not a root beer fan) if i would have had a craft beer, that would have made the wrap a little better too.”
