“The cafe (mom n pops) place was great the food was amazing the owners take pride in what they do and are very knowledgeable about the area. I loved visiting with them and learning about the area. They have photos of stars and locals on the walls and they would be more then happy to tell you about them. A great place to stop and eat and try the raspberry tea it hits the spot if your thirsty! Even if your not hungry just stop by to visit and get to know the area. I will be back for sure!”

Delicious food, fast drinks and great local clientele! The patio area is great, pool table and darts can be a great way to wind down! “Domino's is my weekend Delivery Treat. I've tried lots from the menu, but I always return to two favorites - the meaty, saucy pasta in a delicious soft bread bowl AND the specialty chicken - juicy bites of chicken covered in bacon, tomato and cheese. It's the best! Anyway, for a tasty break from Brussels sprouts, carrots etc.; it's Domino's every time! And at checkout, I have a chance to donate my change to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital which is in my hometown! Bonus!”

“Joe's Kitchen was a surprise... We were greeted promptly at the door by a very pleasant waitress. Drinks . On the spot. Young lady was prompt and attentive.. the surprise... Joe's is a Chinese American establishment.. I had a well prepared and tasteful dish of Kung Pao Chicken... Plate was just right... Not too much... Not too little... Only had water to drink... Next time we're in the neighborhood will definitely stop...”

Traditional hot wings were our appetizer and we had the Sirloin, Broncho, & Santa Fe burgers with sides. They have a soup/salad bar and a dessert shop and are connected to a full service bar. Recommend stopping in for a meal when you're in Torrington.”

“From on top of the bluff two miles or so out of town, has a spectacular view of the valley and Torrington. The road to the top is unpaved. The interior is nicely decorated. The food was good and the service okay, but looked like they might have been shorthanded. The chicken taco salad with chipotle sauce and and the chopped steak with mushrooms and onions were good plates with large portions. It was a fairly good place to eat at.”
