“I go here at least every 2 or 3 weeks so I'm quite acquainted with this establishment. First off the food has always been great. Everything I get has always been correct, fresh and tasty. Their pretzels are one of the only reasons I go to the frontier mall still. I didn't give this place a 5 rating though because their customer service can be inconsistent sometimes. At times when I go here they can be so friendly and other times I've had front counter people who are rude and don't seem interested in their job. I think management needs to work on that to get everyone on the right page. Other than that I'll always go back because of the awesome pretzels”

“This Little Caesar’s was really good! I ordered in advance and the food was ready on time. I got an email saying my food was ready and to use the pizza portal with my QR code to pick it up. I have never used that feature before, it was neat. My food was hot and looked really appetizing. I think most reviews are being harsh honestly. I had no issues with my food and the girl who helped me make sure my food was correct and that I got the right order was so friendly. People need to have more patience during these times and understand not every place will be perfect all the time. If you don’t like it, make your own pizza at home, or fill out an application and help out your community! Thanks Little Caesar’s I will be back.”

“Torn on this review. We have loved this place since it opened. But lately have seen a decline in service and food (depending on who is cooking) I love Cuban Sandwiches! Their Cuban was AMAZING! BUT, BUT - BUT only if the old man is cooking it. If he is not there cooking, I change my order. Consistency is key! Then, my wife loved it for the serene yet glamourous interior. Well as of late, it's become half messy office, half dirty tables. Add to this that the last 2 times we have been here there's been an employee with her 4 or 5 year old kid present, and the charm is quickly gone. We miss the old ways.”

“I absolutely love the food. It is some of the best food I've ever had in all honesty. The decor is cool, it's not usually too crowded, and they have some good variances for the bar, dining area, and outdoor seating. My biggest complaint is how long it takes. Whether I go for pickup, in which case I wait forever for the staff to come around and finally get to me, or I'm dining in and the food takes forever. The staff is very friendly, so don't get me wrong. It's just a crazy amount of waiting. The food and friendliness make up for the wait time and that's why I give them four stars.”

It was actually flavorless. The poor service is the main reason for the lower rating. Our waitstaff were sullen, impatient, and uncommunicative. There are better options for sushi in Cheyenne.”
