“It has become a family tradition after backpacking in the nearby mountains to stop here on our drive home and grab a nice meal. We did so again this summer (3rd year in a row). The setting is spectacular and the food is great. I really enjoyed my french dip sandwich this year. The bun was perfect. My kids loved their burgers and the littlest loved the chicken strips. I don't leave a lot of online reviews but I wanted to for this place 'cause it was just so nice and pleasant and I appreciate how hard it is to run a business like this these days. They are very friendly even though they are short staffed and a bunch of groups (we were 7 total) showed up at the same time--all likely as starving as we were. I was impressed at how fast the food came out and the quality of the food given the rush we were apart of. Since no one can be perfect and constructive criticism is helpful most of the time, I'll say the fries are average, they didn't have enough umbrellas for all tables on the deck but we actually loved eating inside right by the window in the pleasantly cool dining room with an amazing view of the lake and factoring in the location (remote and amazing setting) quality of the food and inflation, the price was a bit high but I'll keep going back regardless of these points. Bathrooms were pristine. We love this tradition and hope the current owners and management are able to continue offering great food for years to come.”

“We've heard good things about The Den ever since moving to Sublette County and so we had to check it out. The decor definitely gives an American West vibe in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The service was fantastic from start to finish with a waitress who was very attentive to our needs. On two different occasions she provided us with samples of different foods on the menu. Our meals were absolutely delicious and it is very apparent they take pride in the food they serve. I look forward to returning and trying other menu items. This is truly a gem of a place in little old Daniel, Wyoming.”

“Beautiful cabin right next to the lake! The porch faces the lake and has nice chairs to sit and relax. The fireplace adds a nice touch. Huge bonus that our pups could stay with us! Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay at Lakeside again!”

“Beautiful place to eat, if the service was a little better and the food was a lot better. New owners just aren't quite hitting the mark for such a great restaurant location and potential. Do not get the Bruschetta it's soggy and awful. The chicken Alfredo is good”

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lakeside Lodge, an absolute gem of a place that radiates family-friendly vibes. It stands as a hallmark of warm hospitality, making it a perfect spot for family gatherings. The restaurant, perched on the edge of the lake, boasts some of the most stunning sunset views you could ask for. As the sky paints itself with hues of orange, pink, and purple, the panorama turns surreal, elevating your dining experience to a different level altogether. The combination of the serene lake view and the gentle evening breeze is something that one should not miss. The cherry on top of this delightful establishment is the highly skilled bartender. Known for his creative knack in mixing Italian-inspired cocktails, he stole the show with his special concoction, the Venetian Martini. Each sip of this cocktail left a unique blend of flavors on the palate that had us longing for more. It's not just a drink, it's an experience, one that mixes tradition and innovation in a refreshing swirl. Now, let’s talk about the food, which is nothing short of exceptional. I must highlight the 'Socialism Steak', which was nothing less than a masterpiece. Perfectly cooked to our liking, the steak was rich in flavors and incredibly juicy. It was clear the chef knew their craft, and the result was an unforgettable meal. To conclude, Lakeside Lodge is an extraordinary place that I would highly recommend. The food, the drinks, the stunning view, and the welcoming atmosphere all combine to create a beautiful dining experience that will surely draw you back again and again.”

“The food at the Experience at Lakeside Lodge is top-notch, as expected, given the chef’s professional training and years of experience. I have had the enjoyment that comes from great food, presented well in a charming atmosphere. The slow smoked ham is one of my favorite entrees. I look forward to my next “Experience” and I recommend it to my friends.”

“Had the chicken fried steak with eggs and hashbrowns. It was great. Tried to get the bigger portion of chicken fried steak that comes with the dinner but the waitress was not sure how to price it out so I had to go with the smaller 4oz. Ordered sausage to compensate. Turns out the smaller one would have been plenty. It was very good and I highly recommend.”

“Traveling Wyoming for work and found this place for dinner. Stopped here and man, I have to say some of the best food I’ve had! Quality service, waitress was nice and the wait time was reasonable. The food was great, some of the best pasta I’ve had, enjoyed every last bit of it. Whenever I’m here again, I’ll be sure to stop by for some delicious food. Thank you!”

“Definitely has some good pizza, no doubt. The cheese to crust ratio was delightful and the crust itself was a good texture. Only problems I have are the prices and the service. Amongst walking in I was greeted by a very nice young lady. Six seconds later, she explained to her co-worker it was their table; she showed no interest, even though it was slow; and had no clue where they were in who got what customer. We got sat by her after 30 seconds of awkward silence and she did not come to give us our waters, in fact the nice lady that greeted us ended up taking our orders, including getting us drinks instead. Our “server” brought out the food quickly though and no complaints there other than the close to $11 bill for an 8in pizza that was 8 bites and done. Still a solid place though.”

“Upscale western dining . Great friendly service. Drinks came right out even though it was very busy. Our steaks were cooked just how we wanted them. Had a cozy table with a view of main street Pinedale. Very entertaining. Really great food. Make sure you call in for a reservation”

“Beware of a couple of things when you dine at Patio Grill. First, they will add an additional 4% to your bill if paying by debit or credit card. That in itself is not too big of a deal but with the margins in Mexican food they should be able to cover that with there prices. Second, they have no guest wifi. I can live with that too but now days places need to have guest wifi. The food however is mediocre. I ordered a chicken burrito and a Chile relleno combination plate. As mentioned in a previous customers review it was pretty plain. I asked if maybe I could get some green chili salsa they said that would be an additional charge. The chili relleno was pretty basic but okay. A little refried beans and rice. The atmosphere was great and the place was clean but they need to step things up if they want to be considered “authentic Mexican” food as their sign says.”

“My friends and I love this place. Super friendly staff and crazy good food that is ready in a flash. Cowboy fries and philly sandwiches are the main showing, but their wings and seasoned fries are exceptional. With a surprising variety on the menu and highly competitive prices, I felt absolutely compelled to write a shining review.”

“Had a great time at Wind River Brewing. We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. We had the brisket nachos, chipotle avocado burger, fish and chips, BLT, and crispy chicken sandwich. All the food was great and tasted as you would expect from the description. Service was very fast and they had our food to us within 15 minutes of ordering. We also had a beer flight. All 4 were good. Would definitely go back and if you are in the area I highly recommend stopping in. They are pet friendly and even have a dog menu.”

“Seems like a family owned restaurant, which I love. My server was very friendly and attentive. The food was so hot, oven hot that is, that I had to wait a bit for it to cool down to eat. Carne asada carbon was what jumped out and said, "Try me!" Great choice. The meat was very good, the beans and rice were as well. The veggies with mushrooms and shrimp was amazing! Can't go wrong eating here!”

“They do not serve food, however there's places in the vicinity if you're only looking for food. But the spirits and atmosphere are entirely awesome! The decor in the bar should lead you to ask about the extensive history! It's incredible! The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable! It's always a favorite of ours to stop in. Love love love it!”

“The food here is consistent. The appetizers are really flavorful. Honestly, you can come here and just munch all the variety of apps and leave content! The menu is pretty big and there is alot to choose from. Various types of Asian cuisine. You can't go wrong with any of the noodle dishes, and the fried rice is pretty good as well. One of the more highly recommended places in the area.”

“A great outdoor experience, best had when the weather is nice. The trout was amazing, the chicken was amazing, and the steak was great as well. The deep fried bread you have to go easy on or you might feel like you're going to pop at the end of dinner. 🤣. Very friendly people and when it's crowded I can imagine it's even better as you get to know a bunch of other travelers.”

“Ordered a large cheese pizza for pickup, took just under 30 minutes and was good. I’d put it in line with the Cowboy Bars Pizza. I prefer Heart and Souls Pizza a bit more, but Airport Pizza is closer to our home and more affordable. The do accept credit and debit cards now as well, no longer cash only and is open Friday, Saturday, Sunday only.”

“We only had breakfast twice while staying in Boulder. Service was slow but it appeared there was one person doing a lot of the work. We did find the bill a bit confusing the second time we ate there. The first time we ordered the breakfast burrito which was fantastic. We never felt the need to eat lunch. On our second visit we ordered the Big Breakfast which was listed as $14 on the menu. Our food came out barely warm but then we felt burned at the end when we got the bill. We were charged an extra dollar for each Big Breakfast item we ordered which appeared to be associated to the way the eggs were prepared, based on the bill. When I asked about this, the server had no answer whatsoever. Well, we were told she's worked there over 12 years and that's the way it's always been. If you're going to charge me $15 instead of $14 then just show $15 on the menu. At least there's an answer. "Just the way it's always been", is not an answer so unfortunately, that extra charge was applied to the tip. It's only a couple of dollars but have an answer and don't make customers feel like they are being taken advantage of.”
