Microsoft Store

After making an appointment for a convenient time (noon hour) I received prompt, well informed service to reset our 2013 laptop. I am very grateful for the continuing dependable service.

The MS online store messed up my order and details of how to correct it. They sent me to this local MS Store in Chinook when they should have taken care of the issue themselves.

This local store had to jump through some hoops which they shouldn't have. I drove quite a ways to get there so they really helped me out and even offered a discount on my replacement device.

Excellent service here from the representative who helped me as well as his manager. Taylor is the name of the rep who helped me.

Staff are very eager to help. I think they are bored because there is never anyone in here. It’s not like the Apple store at all.

Having said that I do like that you can try literally everything in the store.
