Cranbrook Hyundai

I have yet to directly do business with Cranbrook Hyundai, however as a Hyundai Canada customer living in the Kootenays, I called Dave from Cranbrook Hyundai to help me with a very stressful ongoing issue that my Alberta dealership was unwilling to assist with. I cannot emphasize enough how genuinely friendly, easy, and kind Dave was with getting my paperwork problem solved professionally and expeditiously. I would recommend anyone to his dealership in a heartbeat, sheerly based on his approachable and effective demeanour in helping a stranger with no direct benefit to himself or his business. If I ever buy a new or used vehicle again, I will be heading Dave's way as it's clear he understands the fundamentals of service and integrity. Thank you so so much for reminding me that customer service still exists!

We had a great experience at Cranbrook Hyundai. Brian was incredibly helpful and friendly and was able to get us into the EV that we wanted. Both Brian and Joey were incredibly accommodating and even came down when the dealership was closed to fit our schedule! We love our Hyundai EV.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan Taylor over email (I'm down in the lower mainland), over a vehicle I was interested in. All cards were on the table with all of the information I asked for, so I could make an informed decision about travelling to see the vehicle.

They answered all my questions and provided valuable insights without any pressure or pushy sales tactics.
