(July 28, 2023, 4:17 pm)Northstar GM was outstanding, I had a vacuum pump brake failure while towing my trailer and trying to get home to Edmonton. It was a scary moment coming down a big hill. We got to the dealer at 3:30pm on a Monday afternoon and they were able to get my truck in and repaired in under an hour to get us back on the road safely. It was a recall also so the repair was free! I cannot thank this dealership and their staff enough for helping us out so promptly when we were stranded. Great customer service. Thank you Northstar!

(May 22, 2023, 10:05 pm)I took both my mine and my wife’s trucks in to have tires changed over. I took mine in around 8 and it was done around 11. I then took my wife’s truck in and it was done in about 3 hours as well

Pricing was very fair and the service I received from Sheena was excellent. She called when she said she would and offered me a ride if I needed one. But I did not.
The person that did the change over also inspected a few other things and provided me quotes to have repairs made. I appreciate that
