  Nice place for an older building. Great views from all sides.
  The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are very accommodating.
  The attached restaurants have delicious food.
  Unfortunately the pool was not operational due to the season and it being located outdoors.
  The gym is quite well equipped as well.

  Very nice hotel! Didn’t feel like an airport stay at all!
  We were picked up promptly from the airport and arrived earlier than check in. They nicely let us check in and upgraded our rooms to kings at no charge! The room was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and quiet! It was very modern and I would even consider staying there if I had business in Vancouver! The city was going through a cold snap and I really appreciated that the heater worked so nicely!
  We didn’t use it, but the parking lot was equip with a car2go option.
  We had brunch at the Dock and were again pleasantly surprised. The waitress was friendly, sweet and our meal was 5/5! Delicious!
  The shuttle back to the airport arrived exactly when it said it was going to and we made it stress free to the airport with lots of time to spare for our international flight!
  Highly recommend this place to stay!

  Matt the man the legend HIMSELF (this is about the restaurant)
  
  On my way in, I thought i was just gonna have an average experience at this place. But as Matt comes with his astonishingly amazing service with the most baffling attention to details, he changed my mind. He was such a kind, caring person, serving each and every customers with compassion and respect.
  
  The constant smile on his face shows how passionate he is to his job, yet he is always calm, responding to every request from customers, even when they are just silly and inane requests.
  
  Although we are thankful to him for his service, he’s the one thats always appreciate the customers. We strongly believe that Matt has gained all the skill of serving customers through his own hands on experience, he should be promoted to a level well beyond being a server. He mastered the art of serving, showing promising capabilities that is both beneficial to the hotel and to the vast population of customers.

  Wonderful service and staff!! Very clean and tidy rooms. The beds are comfortable with clean white crisp linens. Super close to the airport with complementary airport shuttles. We will come back for sure. ????

  Fantastic for an airport hotel. Ask for a mountain view room. Clean, quiet with comfy beds.
  The Deck restaurant is actually very good with fast service and cold drinks. Café makes good coffee.
