The Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport

This hotel is doing a great job with social isolation! The facilities are good, very clean, and properly appointed. The majority of the staff is knowledgeable, and very kind and helpful, unfortunately one or two desk attendants are not at the same level of hospitality as most of their coworkers

Was OK. No amenities available which was not reflected in price. Still had to pay for parking. Had to empty all garbages into 1 big bag and place outside of room upon check out. Toilet wasn't working properly so had to switch rooms. Second rooms door was hard to open. Had to give it a good shoulder push. Had to pull out fridge and plug in as it was not plugged in. You need to ask for coffee and tea now. It's not left in room which is fine. I asked front desk for coffee and it took the staff 3 times to get the coffee, sugar, stir sticks and coffee pot. And the creamer ended up being spoiled. So had to get new coffee and cups. The shower in first room was fabulous. Nice and powerful spray. The shower in second room was not near as good. Very soft spray? So overall it was ok.

Travelled from the states for a business trip and the hotel staff is exceptional, well beyond my expectations. Rooms were extremely clean and detailed.

Nice airport hotel for Vancouver with shuttle bus service twice every hour. Friendly staff and nice small restaurant. A long narrow counter will be helpful in the gym. Didn't find any fruits in gym, which nowadays is a common standard. The Pacific salmon steak that I tried was good, not overcooked and tasty.

Great hotel for a decent price. If you are planning on going to the Richmond night market, this is a great hotel to stay.
Club lounge is worth paying for. Good food and especially like the soft boiled egg. Perfectly made with soft yolk. Great drinks as well.
