Out of all of the bike shops in Nanaimo, this one is by far superior. You can tell the owner loves what he does and that he is passionate about biking. As a female customer who is new to the sport of cycling, I felt comfortable and confident to ask questions. I never felt a moment of judgement for not knowing something.These guys are awesome! I would 10/10 recommend.

Just happened to be riding by on a weekend bike trip and even though it was well past closing time they stayed late to help me out with cable, cable housing and even a derailleur bolt that they pulled from the parts box. To be honest it was the most satisfying $5 I've spent at a bike shop in a long time. Thanks Apex, you guys made my weekend and next time I'm back in Nanaimo I'll be sure to swing by to pickup some gear.

Great bike shop. Possibly the best in the world. Pulled up as they were closing up and they helped us out of a jam. Friendly service.
