Really friendly bike shop! And senior-friendly which is more than I can say for some of the other bike shops in Nanaimo. They were also happy to work on our Ebikes too.

From our initial phone call to the in-person service, we were thrilled with how we were treated. We were trying to track down a Giro Scamp kids bike helmet, which is highly reviewed and nearly impossible to find at the moment. When we arrived, we were given 2 choices, the second (non-Giro) helmet turning out to be better for our young daughter. We experienced patient, knowledgeable and generous service. Much appreciated!

Brought my bike in to have the de-railer looked at and my bike was given a good once over with a few nice adjustments made. Reasonably priced and customer service that goes above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended.
