Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites Vernon

The front desk guy thinks you're JP Morgan and this is the Waldorf. He's that helpful and courteous. The rooms are basic and reasonably priced. Business men, pickup drivers and motorcyclist but maybe not their wives will like it.

Staff was friendly and awesome, very welcoming. The young man was there day in and day out, he was the one who made it worth staying. We had brand new beds which made the sleep so comfortable, the room was clean, other than the bathroom def could of used some TLC. Very outdated and dirt marks caked in the corners, this Inn def needs some TLC and some maintenance but over all they are trying to updated it. This wasn't our best stay in a Inn but it was a comfortable sleep and that's what makes it worth it. A little note, pool was dirty, was a bit disappointed because I really wanted to swim but it seemed dirty and unattended, bugs in the pool. My fam and I enjoyed the stay as we had brand new, comfy beds, so if you just need to rest your head this place is the best bang for your buck ????

This is an ok hotel. If you have a problem, the manager will fix it right away. The only problem I had was he checked us out even though we had the night booked. I disliked the hot tub because it was downstairs and seemed creepy and was out of a horror movie and the water stunk. This is a good hotel if your just using it for the sleep. Also note that the lights in the pool are off for whatever reason. I wouldn't pay a dime over $99 a night...
