Prestige Vernon Lodge and Conference Centre

The staff is polite and never made us feel we are not being helped. We were a group of 5 and our request of checking the cleanliness of the bed was immediately met when we arrived. We will prefer this on our next stay. Prices were reasonable.

I have stayed here many times. I love the ambience, it was somewhat diminished due to COVID, however our stay was very enjoyable. I have to credit them for their attention to detail and mandatory masks in all public places inside, all servers wore masks as well. Well done everyone. We will be back again.

We kindly received coupons from you to use towards a meal at Don Cherry’s. My wife & I went in with our daughter on Saturday evening early, around 6pm and were told by a waiter at the door to take a seat. We then sat there for 15 minutes waiting for anyone to come with menus or water or even acknowledge us! Nothing. We know he knew we were there because he told us to sit down, but not even a menu was brought. The restaurant was not busy and my wife, who worked as a server for over ten years, was so disgusted with their complete lack of basic customer service, she got up with our daughter and left. I followed realizing we had been waiting 15 minutes. The hotel staff was all fantastic and we were excited to get coupons for our dinner, but the restaurant staff and lack of service was brutal. We will definitely book at your hotel again as the pool was great and our dog-friendly room made it a true family get-away, but next time we will have housekeeping visit over those coupons.
